Registration and Enrollment

Who Should Register:

Children 5 years old by September 1, 2026, will register for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. Students coming from another school or system please bring a report card, if available.

Please complete the online enrollment form using the link below. All required documents should be uploaded directly into your application. Additional paper copies of enrollment documents do not need to be brought into the school unless requested.

The following documents are needed to register a student:

1. Official State Birth Certificate

2. Current Georgia State Immunization Form 3231

Out-of-state or out-of-country certificates cannot be accepted.

3. Georgia State Eye/Ear/Dental/Nutrition Form 3300

4. Child’s Social Security Card or Social Security Waiver (available at the school)

5. Picture ID (Guardian)

Two Current Proofs of Residency are Required:

1. Current Water OR Electric billing statement (unfortunately, Gas bills cannot be accepted) AND

2. Current Residence Proof:

Home Mortgage Bill; OR

Home Sale Contract; OR

Current Apartment/House Lease; OR

Section Eight/HUD Housing Document; OR

Current HOA Bill; OR

A current year tax bill or assessment

Provisional Enrollment:

If the provision of proof of residency, age, or any other requirements is delayed, the student will be provisionally enrolled for a period of 30 calendar days. The 30-calendar day period starts on the 1st day of enrollment. At the end of this 30-calendar day period, if the required enrollment documents have not been provided, the student will be withdrawn. By the 20th day, if no proof of residency has been provided, a withdrawal letter will be sent to the enrolling person notifying them of the imminent withdrawal of the student if no documentation is provided.

After completing your online application, you must contact the Data Clerk in order to complete enrollment. Your child is not enrolled until the Data Clerk processes your application. Please have your application number ready.
