Safety Plans & Drills

River Eves Elementary School was awarded the Ready Georgia Safety Seal of Approval for the 2024-2025 school year. To receive the Seal of Preparedness, River Eves met specific criteria outlined by the GaDOE in partnership with GEMA-HS. The submitted criteria included emergency operations planning, outlines of drills and exercises, internal training resources, security intervention plans, safety technology, and data analysis. We are proud of this recognition as student and staff safety is a top priority at our school!

We are currently seeking recertification for the 2026-2027 school year.
